Successful Projects is a proud member of the Connexio Alliance, a group of synergistic small businesses located at 3120 South Avenue in La Crosse, WI. The Alliance includes the following active members:

Mrs. Kay Wais was the founder of Successful Projects. She is the vice-president of The AVS Group, which she founded with her husband in 1989. Mrs. Wais is one of the founders of the Connexio Alliance, a group of eight Marketing and Multimedia companies that work together to serve business customers.

Kay has over 19 years of project management experience. She founded the La Crosse Project Management Institute (PMI) Chapter in 2002. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UW-La Crosse and Master’s degree in Project Management through UW-Platteville.

She currently teaches project management for Viterbo University, Western Technical College, the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Small Business Development Center, Trane University, and for public and corporate workshops.
