This 1-hour experiential learning presentation will explore topics that will help participants think more accurately when estimating, avoid common pitfalls, and learn how to communicate about estimates better. We will compare how different teams estimate the same project wildly differently, compare actuals to estimates, explore methods of estimating, and learn various estimating best practices.
