Frank P. Saladis, PMP, President of Project Imaginers Inc. received the prestigious Person of the Year Award from PMI in 2006 for his contributions to the organization and to the practice of project management.

Mr. Saladis is a Consultant and Instructor within the project management profession and has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications and project management training environment. Mr. Saladis is the originator of the now globally celebrated International Project Management Day.  He has written numerous leadership and project management related articles and has authored the many leading project management books.

Successful Projects is pleased to announce a license agreement with Madrid-based project management consultant Ángel Águeda Barrero, thereby expanding the breadth of resources and global diversity of the organization. As part of increasing the company’s diversity, Mr. Águeda will handle the translating and production of Spanish-language versions of Successful Projects products, beginning with the Project Risk boardgame which is going to be available in approximately two months.

Ángel Águeda Barrero is PMP, PRINCE2, and SCRUM certified. He is an MBA with over twenty years of professional experience including working as a senior project manager at Microsoft, ING, Siebel (now Oracle), and Informatica El Corte Inglés including international experience in Argentina, Switzerland, France, Italy, and Spain. He is a project management trainer and he has been involved with the English to Spanish translation of other project management programs and books.

Today Successful Projects signed an agreement making GEM Services, located in Ottawa, Canada a training product distributor.

Project Management author, trainer, and game designer, Michael S. Dobson, endorses Successful Project’s Project Risk board game. Dobson says, “I find the Project Risk game a great product for getting the students to experience project risk, learn about earned value, and benefit from experiential learning. I endorse and recommend Project Risk to project management instructors.”

Successful Projects has signed a distributor agreement with Andover, Massachusetts-based Exclaim!, a Project Management Training and Consulting firm.

The owner of Exclaim!, Mr. Richard Maltzman, has been a leader in the project management community with a special emphasis in the environmental arena and in increasing the reach of project management. He started and moderates a professional and popular blog called Scope Crêpe  and is a co-founder of a new environmental/sustainability consulting and training firm EarthPM. EarthPM is at an important point in today’s world – the intersection of Green and PM.

The UW-Stevens Point Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offer the Successful Project's Certificate in Project Management program to the  northcentral region of Wisconsin starting immediately.

Successful Projects announces a new licensee in Australia that will serve the Asia Pacific region. This expansion will dramatically increase the breadth of resources and global diversity of the organization.
