Along with the Clear Lake - Galveston PMI Chapter, Frank helped found the PMI Seminar@Sea program that is now in its fifth year and has expanded to five other chapters and is still growing. To date Frank has been on every cruise they have had and he is the most requested speaker by the hundreds that have attended.
Frank has entertained audiences with project management songs he sings and plays on his guitar as just one of his ways of sharing his humor and passion for project management.
