Business Manager Position

Successful Projects is planning to add a part-time Business Manager position in 2010.  Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working with Successful Projects distributors and licensees.
  • Accounting and finance management including payroll, receivables, and payables.
  • Overseeing product inventory and materials management.
  • Assisting with instructor travel and event arrangements .
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders and scheduling event requests.
  • Assisting with trade show events.
  • Assisting with PMP study groups.
  • Assisting with workshops including registrations, payment processing, and program follow up.
  • Web site updating
  • Student assessment facilitation

Qualifications include the following:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2007 - including MS Project and MS Visio
  • Stong business writing skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Disciplined and well-organized
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to occassionally travel

Intern Position

We are currently accepting resumes for Spring 2010 internships in project management and/or marketing. Our internship program provides exceptional hands-on opportunities in project management, account service, product development, marketing strategy, market research, brand identity, new business development, as well as other areas.

Hours and Duration
