Frank P. Saladis is a dynamic and engaging instructor. He has published numerous leadership and project management books and articles. He is also an internationally known presenter at the Project Management Institute Annual Symposium, Project World and other project management events.
Frank is the owner of Blue Marble Enterprizes, Inc, a consulting firm that provides training and consulting on professional project management and leadership training. Frank is the originator of the now globally celebrated International Project Management Day. For his contributions to the promotion and development of project management, Frank received the prestigious PMI Fellow Award in 2013, the PMI Person of the Year Award in 2006 and the PMI Distiguished Contribution Award in 2015.
During Frank’s 30+ years in the telecommunications environment, he held the position of National Project Manager for AT&T Solutions Information Technology Services and was a member of Cisco Systems Professional Services Project Management Advocacy organization. His responsibilities included the development of project management offices (PMOs) and the development of internal training programs addressing project management skills and techniques.
Frank is a graduate from the PMI Masters Class and has a Masters Certificate in Commercial Project Management from George Washington University.

Debbie Roch is the Enterprise Project Management Office Director for HP Enterprise Services. She is an experienced change coach who blends her counseling, training and leadership experiences to assist leaders in embracing positive change and directing their own personal and professional growth. She is a results-oriented teacher with strong business, project management, and client relationship skills. Her technical background in applications development in project implementation helps her understand the complexities in students’ projects. Debbie has years of success at transforming troubled business accounts by creating positive client relationships and delivering program excellence.

Kay is the founder of Successful Projects, a consulting, training, and facilitating company. With her 24+years of project management experience, she assists with the design of project management curriculum for six universities in Wisconsin, corporate training programs, and with instructors in this program.
In 2007, Kay developed the Frank P. Saladis Certificate in Project Management Program, which helps both new and established professionals better understand the processes of project management through personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with an instructor of their choosing. Amy Gau is a project management instructor through university programs and small business administration workshops. She has a talent for effectively communicating technical information to various audiences. Amy is the owner of ANS Technical Ventures, formerly known as Successful Projects AG, a company that provides project management consultants and customized training to companies and individuals. Her customized training includes building a useful business case, building project management processes, leading a project in a team environment, and negotiating an effective plan.
While working at IBM, she formalized her project management passion with end-to-end project management of global projects across multiple areas, including IT, marketing, manufacturing and sales. She has received outstanding achievement awards for her work and has been a conference presenter for Showcase and IBM products. Amy has more than 19 years of experience leading projects for a wide range of companies to include large international IT companies and small non-profit organizations. Her specialty is helping organizations implement workable plans to reach their objectives with efficient use of limited resources and has been honored with the Hometown Hero Award by the city of Rochester, MN for her projects that had a significant positive financial impact on the city.

Ángel Agueda Barrero is an excellent instructor with expertise in agile project management and global IT project management knowledge. Dan O'Neil is a senior project manager for the Mayo Clinic Center for Innovation. In that role, he leads strategic projects, including video visits allowing patients to meet remotely with physicians and clinical redesign leveraging technology and the patient-provider relationship. He has developed and delivered programs that integrate technology and customer service, yielding results across a wide variety of industries – defense, entertainment, transportation, and health care.
He is a West Point graduate who served over 10 years in the US Army and attained the rank of major. His military experience included command of combat engineer companies in Europe, the US and the Mideast as well service on planning staffs at battalion, brigade, and division levels. Following his military service, Dan worked for the Atlanta Olympic Committee, the Walt Disney Company, and Northwest Airlines (now Delta Airlines).
